At Optiview, we stand behind all of our products, and we test every single unit that leaves our doors. It doesn’t happen often but sometimes equipment malfunctions and we are here to help. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Optiview prior to the return of any merchandise. An RMA number is only valid for 14 days.
Any items that are returned and abandoned will be destroyed after thirty days without refund or liability.
